Ronseal One Coat Stain Guard Clear Coat

Our One Coat Stain Guard is a clear coat that protects your walls. So you can quickly and easily wipe stains away, keeping your walls looking their best for longer. It's ideal for areas that are always getting dirty, marked or stained.

Before You Start

Make sure your room is above 10°c. Open your doors and windows for ventilation. Put down dust sheets to protect anything you don't want to get paint on.

Prep - Newly plastered walls: If you've had your wall or ceiling re-plastered, let it dry for 7 days then seal it and paint over with emulsion.

Prep – Previously painted walls: Sand off any loose or flaking paint. If you want to change the colour of your walls, make sure you do this before putting on our Stain Guard Clear Coat.

Using Your Stain Guard

Give it a really good stir, then paint it on using a brush or roller like you could any other paint.

Don't paint over your Stain Guard Clear Coat with any other paint, this'll stop it from working.

Usage Areas: All interior walls and ceilings.
Compatibility: Previously painted walls and ceilings.
Clean Up: Clean all brushed and rollers in warm, soapy water.
